Role Acknowledgment

I understand that my role as a VIBR80 Brand Ambassador/Model may include promotional appearances, content creation, event participation, and engagement with the public and media.

Compensation Disclosure *

I understand that this role is voluntary unless otherwise agreed in writing. Compensation, if any, may include promotional exposure, event access, costumes, or other perks and is not guaranteed.

Code of Conduct *

I agree to:

Represent VIBR80 in a positive and respectful manner
Follow directions from the VIBR80 team
Avoid inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal behavior
Not engage in actions that could damage the VIBR80 brand

Social Media and Promotion *

I agree to actively support VIBR80 by sharing content, promoting events, and engaging with the brand online when requested.

Media Release *

I grant VIBR80 full rights to use my image, likeness, voice, and content captured during participation for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes without additional compensation.

I grant media and image usage rights to VIBR80.

Liability Waiver *

I understand that participation in events, including carnival activities, involves inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks and release VIBR80, its team, and partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damages.

Commitment Agreement *

I understand that if selected, I am expected to honor my commitments. Failure to participate without proper notice may affect future opportunities with VIBR80.
